Lead Financial Services Professional

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our EU entity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening our presence within the EU.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic, customer-centric business at the forefront of financial innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor company performance against the Business Plan and provide strategic direction to support long-term growth.
  • Oversee financial performance, manage the firm's risk profile, and ensure full compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Lead executive oversight of all outsourced functions, including intra-group outsourcing arrangements.
  • Promote business development in Ireland, support sales efforts, and drive new client acquisition.
  • Ensure adequate human, financial, and material resources are in place for efficient and effective operations.
  • Represent the firm at key events, industry forums, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and influence.
Requirements:
  • Possess substantial experience and qualifications in financial services, with a deep understanding of the sector and its regulatory environment.
  • Meet the Central Bank of Ireland's "fit and proper" requirements, demonstrating integrity, competence, and financial soundness.
  • Provide effective oversight of the regulated entity, ensuring robust governance structures, risk management frameworks, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and address stakeholder needs through regular communication.
  • Communicate effectively with regulators, board members, and customers, while supporting informed decision-making and strong governance.
  • Develop a culture of ethics, professionalism, and accountability, while committing to continuous learning and development.
