We are looking for a Functional Safety / Cybersecurity Professional to join our IP team.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Management of all Work Products listed in the project Safety Plan / Cybersecurity Plan
  • Management of Work Products derived from those requirements at all product lifecycle levels (Concept, Architectural and HW levels)
  • Coordination of internal development teams and customers to ensure functional safety / Cybersecurity compliance
  • Coordination with product teams to evaluate customer requirements related to quality, functional safety, cybersecurity, and automotive reliability
  • Coordination with the Functional Safety / Cybersecurity and internal development teams on projects and task planning, progress tracking and reporting
  • Participation in quality, functional safety, and Cybersecurity reviews and provide reports
  • Maintenance and enhancement of functional safety / cybersecurity methods and templates

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of one or more protocols: DDR / PCIe / UCIE
  • Solid working understanding of semiconductor development flows (digital design background advantageous)
  • Formal training in ISO 26262
  • Working knowledge of ISO21434
  • PMP highly desirable
  • Experience with various ISO 26262 work products (Hardware focus) such as Technical Safety Concept; Safety Plan; FMEA Analysis; FMEDA Analysis; Dependent Fault Analysis; Safety Manual; Safety Case
  • Experience as a Functional Safety Manager in safety-critical applications with solid understanding of hardware development (at the IP level) and functional lifecycle management
  • Experience in qualifying systems with embedded hardware (at the IP level) to various ISO 26262 ASIL levels up to ASIL D
  • Proficient in English
  • Working knowledge of JAMA / Doors / or similar
  • Working understanding of automotive reliability standards such as AEC Q100 is an advantage
  • Working understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is an advantage
