Job Title: Utilities Engineer

A utilities engineer is needed to join a critical utilities team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize operations, maintenance plans, and risk assessments for utility systems.
  • Maintain high standards of system performance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation, promoting excellence.
  • Review vendor documents, manage work orders in CMMS, and troubleshoot utility system issues.
  • Oversee service delivery, working with internal stakeholders and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EPA licenses, cGMP, and EHS standards.
  • Provide technical input during project development, ensuring smooth transitions to operations.
  • Participate in regulatory and corporate audits.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or science with at least 6 years of experience in a technical role.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining utility systems in a biopharmaceutical setting is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of utility system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with process design, GMP, and industry regulations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and committed to safety standards.
