Job Title: Exam Venue Coordinator
We are currently expanding the panel of senior invigilators to contribute to the smooth administration of our examinations.
About the Role:The exam venue coordinator will be responsible for managing exam centres, playing a crucial role in upholding the integrity of our exams. This position requires individuals with good leadership skills and a proactive attitude who can take responsibility for the running of an exam centre.
- Previous experience as an invigilator is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent punctuality are important qualities.
Successful applicants will be added to a current invigilation panel available for end-of-term and term-time assessments only. They may be assigned to any of the invigilation roles available in the university, dependent on the needs of the exam centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth running of all exams in their assigned venue.
- Coordinate the work of junior and postgraduate exam invigilators in the assigned examination venue.
- Notify the central exams office of staffing issues arising within the centre.
- Complete all necessary examination paperwork accurately in line with university regulations.
The role is physically demanding and requires standing/walking for extended periods to supervise exam centres.
