Diligent Examination Monitors Wanted

We are seeking diligent individuals to serve as Exam Monitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all assigned duties under the direction of the Exam Coordinator or Supervisor.
- Maintain examination venues in accordance with University procedures.
- Manage exam materials in compliance with University guidelines.
- Offer assistance to students throughout the examination period.
- Implement University regulations and policies.
- Verify student attendance and identification during examinations.
- Monitor students vigilantly during assessments.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to receive and follow instructions.
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating as part of a team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in work performance.
- Capable of handling difficult situations using discretion and good judgment.
- Superior interpersonal skills for dealing with stressful situations.
- High standard of spoken English proficiency.
- Familiarity with IT systems, including email communication and website login.
This role is seasonal, occurring over three fortnightly periods per year. Examiners may be required to work from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. during the examination period.
