About the Role:
Deliver high-quality care and assistance to our clients as per their personal care plans. This includes providing companionship, meal preparation, moving & transferring, and supervising medication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe, listen, and engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Be punctual and manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate any changes or concerns in relation to client needs/care with management team.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Have started/completed care skills and care of the older person or QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent.
- Hold a valid drivers license and own transport.
- Be reliable, dedicated, diligent, and trustworthy.
- Be fluent in English both verbally and written.
