We Are Looking For An Experienced Project Quantity Surveyor To Join The Team In Limerick, Where You Will Be Advising On €900m+ Of Live Projects In Multiple Sectors Including Acting As:

• Quantity Surveyor on over 1,500 residential units
• Bank Monitor on c. 900 residential units
• Working on projects in the Commercial, Student Accommodation, Retail and Education sectors

Ideally you will posses the following traits, but these are not restricted to:

• Relevant third level qualification within quantity surveying / construction economics.
• 3+ years\' experience.
• Ideally within a consultancy or developer role but others will be considered.
• High level of reporting skills.
• Shrewd precise eye for detail.
• Excellent experience dealing with sub contractors and client side negotiations.
• Experience with residential, commercial and retail projects.
• Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.
• An ambitious individual who is looking to develop within their career.
