Electrical Construction Manager Position

Job Description

As a seasoned electrical construction professional, you will be responsible for representing the project manager and ensuring all site-related activities are carried out efficiently. You will take the lead on various stages of the project, from pre-mobilization to commissioning and demobilization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development of construction programs and equipment schedules.
  • Visiting sites and developing site establishment schedules.
  • Participating in HSEQ planning and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Coordinating deliveries of materials and plant, and marking up drawings accordingly.
  • Ensuring inspection test plans are enforced and all systems are tested and demonstrated before handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A recognized electrical apprenticeship or trade certification, combined with at least 5 years' experience in site management.
  • Experience in managing electrical design and build projects exceeding €5 million.
  • Strong computer abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to represent the company at senior level and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
