Key Role

This role is responsible for leading the shop floor in our store, ensuring that we serve customers, communities and the planet better every day. The Shop Floor Manager will report to the Deputy Manager and be accountable for the team's performance when they are not present.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Prior retail experience in a similar capacity is highly desirable.

  • The ability to adapt quickly and think agilely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Delivering key objectives in a timely manner.
  • Being the go-to person for queries within the department.
