Shop Floor Lead

The Supervisor plays a pivotal role in achieving these standards, leading by example and inspiring their teams through passion and belief in our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations, prioritizing customer satisfaction, sales, and profit.
• Support management by handling personnel, product, and merchandising functions, driving business results and process improvements.
• Participate in regular management meetings and staff discussions.
• Effectively communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed targets by motivating the team and delivering exceptional store experiences for customers.
• Foster a positive store environment, treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
• Support the team in delivering business strategy and ensuring consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales performance: sales vs budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties, manage store opening/closing, and oversee the sales floor.
• Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure staff accountability for creating repeat business through outstanding service.
• Implement and review visual merchandising and 'door-to-floor' best practices for consistency.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop a talent pool for key positions, including potential successors.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
• Proven people management skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and unproductive disagreements.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Team player who recognizes and celebrates individual contributions and achievements.
• Confident in providing feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace.
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
• Approaches issues with a 'can-do' attitude and takes initiative to find in-store solutions.
