The successful candidate will lead by example, inspiring their teams through their passion for our brands and driving shop floor sales to exceed store targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
  • Support management team in personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and results for the store.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
  • Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
  • Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating team to achieve goals while offering customers an exemplary store journey.
  • Foster positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
  • Support team in delivering business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
  • Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results: sales vs. budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
  • Perform manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening/closing functions, and sales floor.
  • Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure staff accountability for building repeat customer base with unparalleled service.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room to standard; continually review for consistency.
  • Collaborate with management team to build talent pool for key positions.
