Flooring Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Flooring Salesperson. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a genuine passion for consultative selling, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
As a key member of the showroom team, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining an exceptional showroom appearance and assisting with merchandising displays.
- Actively listening to customer needs to deliver tailored flooring solutions.
- Preparing accurate, competitive quotations within customer budgets and company guidelines.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries in person and by phone.
- Promoting the full range of flooring products, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Following up on quotations to convert leads into sales and build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
We offer a competitive salary package, 10% commission, and a free lunch on Saturday.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic retail sales professional with a proven track record of success. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
