Electrical Artificer Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Electrical Artificers to join our team. As an Electrical Artificer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing onboard electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair power generation, distribution, and automated control systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis.
  • Participate in emergency response and damage control duties.
Requirements
  • Citizenship: Irish citizen or legally entitled to work in Ireland.
  • Meet medical, physical, and security clearance standards.
  • Age: 18-39 years on the date of application.
  • Qualifications: HETAC Level 7 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics & Instrumentation, or Marine Electrotechnology; QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Electrical, Electrical Instrumentation, or Instrumentation.
