Palliative Care Specialist Nurse

Job DescriptionThis position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered palliative care within a supportive setting. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- 12–18 months post-graduate experience.
- Experience in palliative care or oncology desirable but not essential.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Palliative Care (or similar e.g. Oncology, Hematology, Gerontology) desirable, or willingness to undertake following probation.
- Other relevant nursing experience will also be considered.
