The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless weighbridge operations, managing site access, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company procedures and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Access Control: Monitor and control entry to the site by lorries, vehicles, contractors, and the general public.
  • Waste Acceptance: Ensure all waste and deliveries entering the site are accompanied by appropriate documents and approved for entry.
  • Record Keeping: Record all waste movement on and offsite in the appropriate system and administer related paperwork.
  • Administration Support: Provide administration support for wastes or products moving offsite, including docket generation and invoice creation.
  • Liaising with Staff: Liaise with other staff and operations personnel to ensure compliance, traffic, delivery, and waste movement issues are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail. They will also have experience in an administrative role and proficiency in computer software, including Excel.
