Experienced Credit Controller Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Controller to join our team in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years experience in credit control and possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing day-to-day credit control activities. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day credit control activities
- Recording and tracking all outgoing calls to customers
- Active management of overdue debt
- Dealing with customer queries on a daily basis
- Preparation and issuing of month-end reports and statements
- Assisting in the month-end closing process
- Reconciling all transactions
- Accurate and timely reporting of debtors ledger
- Providing support for Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc.
To be successful as a Credit Controller, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years credit control experience
- Conscientious about deadlines with excellent organisational ability
- Excellent commercial acumen, numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience using Sage and excellent computer skills
