Job Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects related to fire protection and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with system design standards.
  • Implementing project-specific international fire protection design standards, including NFPA, BS EN 12845, FM Global, and LPC.
  • Attending client meetings, administering technical submittals, and producing project schedules.
  • Ensuring projects are carried out in compliance with our ISO 9001 system.
  • Estimating and controlling costs on projects using our ERP system and providing financial reports.
  • Scheduling the production of drawings with our design department to ensure current drawings are in circulation.
  • Liaising with our QEHS manager to ensure all quality, environmental, and health & safety requirements are met.
  • Identifying and managing additional works.
  • Coaching and supporting team members with tasks assigned to them.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A degree in engineering is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in the fire protection/construction industry.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
