Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality projects across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects, with expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

They will lead cross-functional teams, define project scopes and business requirements, and engage stakeholders to drive project momentum and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Leading the delivery of complex projects and programmes for key clients, ensuring high-quality outputs and meeting tight deadlines.
  2. Defining and driving projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
  3. Leading cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units and functions.
  4. Defining, scoping and delivering comprehensive project documentation.
  5. Leading development of comprehensive project plans and defining roles and responsibilities.
Requirements

A third level degree is required, along with a strong academic record. A project management certification and at least 6-10 years of relevant experience are also necessary.

Candidates should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence.

Familiarity with Central Bank of Ireland Regulatory Landscape and understanding of retail and commercial banking products is preferred.
