Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our Leadership Team to develop and execute internal communications plans that align to our vision, OKRs, values, leader behaviours, and our brand. This includes creating clear and compelling messages for various internal platforms, including email, intranet, Slack, and presentations.

You will also partner with different departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all internal communications. Additionally, you will create and manage the internal communications strategy and roadmap and coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and prioritise announcements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans that align to our vision, OKRs, values, leader behaviours, and our brand.
  • Create clear and compelling messages for a variety of internal platforms, including email, intranet, Slack, and presentations.
  • Partner with different departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all internal communications.
  • Create and manage the internal communications strategy and roadmap and coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and prioritise announcements.
  • Support and align with our new brand narrative and tone of voice, developed by Marketing, to deliver consistent experiences and messages across our network of offices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in an internal communications or Employee Experience role within a global technology setting.
  • Great creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to support the drive for our strategy and our culture.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling messages.
  • Proven experience bringing a project from a concept to completion, for example, bringing values to life, ensuring consistent and strong messaging on Company objectives, and helping to communicate our vision.
