Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team at a 5 star hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the day's business, including arrivals, departures, and special requests.
  • Offer guest services such as wake-up calls, newspapers, and concierge services.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage cash, charge, float, and till procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Maximize sales through up-selling and promotional activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Basic computer skills are essential; knowledge of Hotsoft is desirable.
  • Experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A welcoming and friendly personality.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, bank holidays, early shifts, and evening shifts.
