We are currently recruiting a skilled professional to work on the Dorset Street – St. Mary's Place Renewal Project, a major regeneration initiative transforming the area between Dominick Street Upper and St. Mary's Place.

The project features buildings of three to seven storeys while preserving landmarks like the Dorset Street Fire Station. With a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and community integration, it aims to revitalise the neighbourhood, enhance urban vibrancy, and support Dublin's long-term housing and infrastructure needs.

This is an opportunity for a talented individual to join our team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of this project, acting as the link between design, construction, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Liaising with and supporting senior colleagues in commercial management.">
  • Attending meetings with subcontractors, clients, and design team members.">
  • Preparing and monitoring cash flow.">
  • Assisting in the preparation of final accounts at package and project completion stage.">
  • Cost monitoring and reporting using construction computer software.">
  • Assessing tender enquiries and reviewing tender project analysis.">
  • Purchasing and monitoring subcontractor and specialist supplier packages.">
  • Managing subcontractor re-measurement, interim, and final account payments.">
  • Processing monthly and fortnightly subcontractor and supplier payment certificates.">
  • Compiling variations and the variation log.">
  • Pre-contract cost control and document preparation.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience.">
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and independent working style.">
  • Team player.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project and PowerPoint.">
