Business Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Access Management Specialist to support our end-to-end User Access Management framework implementation during the SAP S4 HANA program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA authorization concepts, as well as familiarity with different compliance requirements such as SoX, GxP, IT, and Privacy.

The selected candidate will work closely with the TranSCend IM Global Transformation project team and other key stakeholders to ensure a robust, lean, and compliant authorization concept is implemented. This includes the deployment of the business user access management governance framework.

  • Collaborate with functional and compliance teams to collect and document business and compliance requirements for role design specifications and audits.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and ensure adherence to the defined authorization concept. Work with IT Security, business, and compliance functions to translate requirements into technical SAP S4 HANA role implementations and quality assurance.
  • Perform impact assessments on relevant ecosystems affected by the authorization concept.

Key qualifications include at least 10 years of experience working for international companies, minimum 5 years of people management, and specialist knowledge in SAP S4 HANA authorization concepts and various compliance requirements.

Other essential skills include superb project management skills, strong teamwork capabilities in a virtual/remote working environment, excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and conflict management skills, and great problem-solving skills. Very good oral and written English language skills are also required.
