Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our client base. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands the client base
* Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and develop new sales strategies
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year's experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions
* Experience selling to Founders/ Business Owners/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
* Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment, often times with multiple stakeholders
* Fluent in English & German (written & verbal)
* Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
* Strong growth mindset and continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
