This stylish hotel in Dublin is a renowned venue for weddings and other high-profile events. We are seeking an Hotel Operations Specialist to oversee daily operations, with a focus on the Bar and Club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling all hotel departments.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer care and personal hygiene.
  • Manage the Porter and Accommodation departments, ensuring superior standards.
  • Oversee float management, daily room occupancy, and VIP events.
  • Carry out regular inspections and spot checks.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' experience in a senior hotel role.
  • Strong knowledge of bars and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with various hotel systems and property management software.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled hotel professional with a genuine passion for hospitality and a guest-focused approach.
