Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong technical background, ideally as a fitter or mechanic by trade.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with injection moulding machines is an advantage.
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and proactive, with task-prioritization skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce products according to agreed quality standards and specifications.
  • Maximize output without compromising quality.
  • Mould changeovers, machine maintenance, fix breakdowns, fault finding and process optimization.
  • Train employees and refresh training as required.
  • Manage employees fairly and refer disciplinary matters to management.
