Store Colleague Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a people leader to join our team as Store Colleague Manager in Kerry, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial retail management experience in a high-volume fashion, home or grocery retail and be passionate about developing people and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support your team to reach their full potential, recognising achievements, and proactively managing performance
  • Responsible for both operational and people leadership activity within the store
  • Recruitment, onboarding, pay accuracy, absence management, career progression
  • Member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the store leadership team to achieve collective goals and drive overall success
  • Encourage your team to take initiative and pride in delivering excellent service, sales, and stock replenishment
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment
  • Raise performance through coaching and development

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced retail grocery, fashion or home retail
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • People leadership, recruitment and development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance
  • Ability to work effectively across departments such as Fashion, Home, and Food
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
