We are seeking an exceptional Distillery Operations Area Leader to lead our distilleries into the next chapter of excellence. As a visionary leader, you will shape the future of Irish whisky production and drive innovation.

\

This role is more than leadership – it's a chance to make a lasting impact on a globally respected brand. You will be responsible for ensuring precise delivery of grain, pot & malt distilleries and spirit supply against plan with quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will manage fixed and variable costs for a lean, cost-effective operation.

\

You will drive continuous improvement through innovation and process enhancements, compile and publish KPIs and lead performance reviews with site stakeholders. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, mitigate risks across safety, volume, quality, and service, build strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders, and contribute to short, medium, and long-term planning including budgets and site masterplans.
