Job Description:

As a key member of our Wealth Management Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business meets its regulatory requirements, particularly under MiFID regulations.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of our compliance framework, including policies and procedures. This will involve conducting compliance assurance activities, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters, and monitoring regulatory developments, guidance, and industry trends.

Additionally, you will support engagements with our key stakeholders, working closely with them to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of MiFID regulations, guidelines, and wealth management principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on wealth management or pensions
  • Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience
