Team Manager Role

  • Oversee and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet team goals.

  • Collaborate with Executive Head Chef and F&B Manager to develop and style menus and specials.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, ensuring clear management-to-staff communication.
  • Attend management meetings as required.

  • Food and beverage experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent people management skills with a proven track record of managing large teams.
  • A passion for food and service, with the ability to innovate in this area.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high flexibility.
  • Commercial focus with problem-solving skills and confidence.
