About the Role

The Clinical Lead in Occupational Health is responsible for ensuring quality occupational health services are delivered to clients through our clinics or corporate sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational health assessments consistent with international best practice and relevant legislation.
  • Oversee a full range of occupational health services, including immunization and health surveillance programs.
  • Assess and advise on workplace hazards and risks as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support the development of occupational health service delivery.
  • Participate in audit, research, and teaching of clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Hold Specialist Registration in Occupational Medicine or demonstrate eligibility within six months of interview.
  • Extensive experience in Occupational Medicine and Health.
  • Develop and deliver quality improvement programs.
  • Experienced clinician with credibility and ability to command respect.
  • Excellent communication skills.
