We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled BIM professional to drive digital transformation across our diverse portfolio of projects in the West of Ireland.
This is a senior role, offering the opportunity to lead BIM strategy, mentor a growing team, and work on high-quality projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols in line with ISO 19650.
- Coordinate digital models across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Oversee model development, clash detection, and information exchange throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to architects, technologists, and project managers.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements while supporting sustainable, innovative design solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital design processes, keeping ahead of industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years experience delivering projects in a BIM environment.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
