Digital Transformation Project Coordinator

The role of a Digital Transformation Project Coordinator involves overseeing the deployment of manufacturing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure seamless integration and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to establish project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Manage all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate project status and insights to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation Project Management within a regulated environment (medical device/pharma).
  • Profound knowledge of Siemens OpsCenter (Camstar MES), Aveva PI, LIMS, and SCADA Ignition.
  • Proven ability to develop validation plans, protocols, and risk assessments.
