About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bids / Tenders Coordinator to join our growing Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the production and coordination of winning pitch and tender documents for various practice areas.

Key responsibilities include drafting and coordinating pitches, tenders and presentations, managing formatting and layout of response documents, maintaining and developing tender documents, conducting post tender analysis and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years experience in a corporate/professional services firm, preferably in legal services. You should also have good working knowledge of public procurement rules for both public and private sector tendering processes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading law firm based in Dublin, contributing to the improvement of bid processes and associated best practice.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience in a corporate/professional services firm, preferably in legal services
