Senior Project Manager

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead large-scale IT outsourcing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex infrastructure initiatives, defining project scope, budget, and timeline.
The role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers to oversee contractual, operational, and technical aspects of outsourcing arrangements.
Key responsibilities include resource planning, risk management, and change control throughout the programme, as well as establishing governance frameworks to monitor performance, service levels, and compliance during transition.
Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate knowledge transfer and service continuity during migration to third-party providers and drive project reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Minimum 10 years experience in project management, with at least 5 years in large infrastructure outsourcing projects.
- Extensive experience delivering complex IT managed service projects and IT business readiness.
- Strong commercial and vendor management skills, with proven experience negotiating with third-party service providers.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service transition and service management models.
