Job Title: Regional Services Manager

Lotus Care, a provider of respite, residential and support services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and strategic Regional Services Manager.


As the key operational lead in this role, you will be responsible for managing regional designated centres and intellectual disability services. This involves building strong stakeholder relationships, advising on current and future service opportunities, leading and mentoring your team to deliver safe, high-quality services and care that aligns with our values.


This position is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage working relationships, including PICs, MDT, HIQA, HSE & TUSLA.
  • Oversee governance, compliance, and workforce planning across centres.
  • Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations, legislation, and organisational policies.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement through audits, inspections, and action plans.
  • Contribute to strategic management and support organisational development projects.
  • Train and develop staff in partnership with HR.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and service issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:


  • QQI L7/8/9 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Management qualification desirable.
  • 5+ years of management experience in the ID or related sector.
  • Act as PPIM for all services within their remit.
  • Proficient working knowledge of the HIQA Standards and Health Act and associated regulations and guidance; and knowledge of national policies in the disability sector.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
