Accounts Administrator Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to join our team in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Manage timesheets and raise purchase orders
  • Conduct debt collection activities in a professional manner
  • Reconcile transport fuel cards and prepare financial reports

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a practical hands-on approach. Experience with Sage is highly desirable and candidates who have started but not necessarily completed their studies are welcome to apply.

Suitable candidates will have experience working in a busy office environment preferably within construction, farming or similar sectors.
