Job Description:

This role is an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic banking environment. As a Personal Banker Associate, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the consultative sales process to identify customer needs
- Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
- Proactively reach out to customers to set appointments for financial reviews
- Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and outside sales activities
- Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers when appropriate

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A college degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Ability to develop comfort with sales activities and cross-selling
- Understanding of advanced math for credit and financial analysis
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Knowledge of Retail policies and sound judgment
