As a highly skilled Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen and back of house areas.

You will take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
Adhering to HACCP procedures at all times is essential.
Ensuring all kitchen staff observe appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage is crucial.
Requirements / Qualifications- A flexible approach to working hours to maintain a good work-life balance
- At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie
- Knowledge of HACCP and practical experience
- Experience in a four-star kitchen is desirable
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent ability to work under pressure as part of a team
