Technical Lead - Implementation Team

Synopsis: The Technical Lead is responsible for technical leadership over software development workstreams interfacing with salesforce and other COTS products the team supports.

  • Design, develop, implement, and support applications, systems and IT products required to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and execute system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing technical solutions that meet business requirements and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategic technology plans.
  • Providing technical guidance to managed service partners and participating in code and design planning/reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure platforms such as operating systems, databases, application servers, and cloud.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and relevant emerging technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
