Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Trainee Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role. A strong understanding of bar, hotel, and restaurant operations is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of service and quality across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Assisting with staff training and development to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitoring costs and stock levels to optimize profitability.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards meet regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing promotions and events to drive sales growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Prior experience in bars, hotels, and restaurants.
  • A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including ordering, receiving, storing, and serving food and beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
