About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide strong leadership and guidance to the social care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To hold a qualification in social care or a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a children's residential care setting.
  • To possess a full clean driver's license, enabling effective travel between locations.
