Job Description:

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities in Ireland. This role requires a strong background in construction engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of construction management processes, means, and methods is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or potential risks on the construction site
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve any engineering or design issues during construction
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Engineer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
