Job Title: Full Time Sale Assistant

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Full Time Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive and helpful attitude. You will also be required to accurately operate the till system and handle transactions, maintain high merchandising standards, and keep stock levels up to date and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks assigned by management to the highest standards, following company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure high standards of merchandising and visual presentation are maintained at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also require basic computer skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, you will need to have a genuine interest in wine and a willingness to learn more about our products. You will also be required to work weekends and holidays, as well as participate in additional training and development programs.
