Job Opportunity: Deputy Head of Manager Research

  • We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead our manager research and selection team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of top-performing funds used to support the creation of broad fund-of-fund portfolios.
  • Work closely with fund-of-fund portfolio managers to identify the best investment ideas, focusing on equity and fixed income strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research on asset managers and their strategies, ensuring alignment with our Fund Selection process.
Fundamental Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in the investment industry, preferably in manager research and selection.
  • A relevant third-level qualification and CFA designation or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of selecting high-performing managers across equity and fixed income asset classes.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring a team.
  • Strong knowledge of main asset classes, particularly equities and related styles/approaches.
