Job Title: Fulfilment & Logistics Administrator

West Cork Distillers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment & Logistics Administrator to join our team.

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in the success of our business, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, arranging transportation to meet customer demands with minimal delay.
  • Liaise with Revenue (Customs and Excise) to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Prepare paperwork and arrange customs clearance, ensuring all documentation is maintained in an audit-ready state.
  • Ensure all employees clearly understand their duties and responsibilities within the warehouse environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with applicable import and duty regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sign off on inventory levels and manage stock control systems.
  • Review freight and transportation rates to minimize costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports as required.
  • Manage changes to streamline the shipping and transportation process.
  • Order stock as needed and liaise with customers on a daily basis.
  • Input accurate information into our IMS system.
  • Perform other duties as directed by your manager.
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics/fulfilment or similar operations.
  • Strong understanding of customs, import/duty regulations.
  • Attention to accuracy and record keeping.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.

The standard working hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 to 16:30 Friday.
