Job Opportunity: Freight Operations Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freight Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing customer accounts, liaising with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment, possess excellent accuracy and attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise FCL/LCL Consignments
  • Customs Clearance
  • Prepare quotations

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Air Freight and customs an advantage
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages
  • Proactive communicator in the use of email and phone
  • Able to work well under pressure
