Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong understanding of menu items and ingredients used, including 14 food allergens.
  • Responsibility for creating, editing and publishing menus on an internal platform daily.
  • Collation of detailed menu information from multiple kitchens up to three weeks in advance.
  • Leadership role within the menu team.
  • Maintenance of positive working relationships with culinary teams and clients.

Qualifications include a degree in food hygiene or related field (not essential), exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, awareness of food knowledge, good typing and IT skills, and proficient English language understanding.
