Logistics Administrator Vacancy

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to manage our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with sales and administration staff regarding order status and delivery schedules
  • Prioritize and complete tasks related to dispatch document preparation, daily run sheet management, and order fulfillment coordination
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer service requests, goods receipt, order picking, and shipping activities
  • Manage company accounts and maintain accurate records in a timely manner
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including warehousing, accounts, and purchasing

Necessary Skills:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of logistics is beneficial but not essential
  • Proficient computer skills
