Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Role:
">A Sales Operations Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and professional standards at all times.
- Lead customer-facing activities including order processing, quoting, and account management.
- Provide technical sales support, offering informed solutions and recommendations to customers regarding electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and associated equipment.
- Liaise with engineering and workshop teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the company's commercial strategy.
- Maintain high levels of organisation, team morale, and administrative accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or Sales Support role within an industrial or engineering environment.
- Strong technical understanding of electric motors, pumps, and electro-mechanical equipment is essential.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small team.
- Proficiency with standard office software and experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
