Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. The vehicle administrator position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively register new and used vehicles, process sales invoicing, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register new and used vehicles, including ownership transfers and stock control.
  • Process sales invoicing, ordering new vehicles, and producing sales prospecting lists.
  • Support the preparation of bank reconciliations, intercompany invoices, and weekly debtor reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers and other departments to resolve queries.
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects and provide administrative support to the sales department.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of general accounting principles and experience with accounting programs.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a finance/accounts role.
  • Experience with DMS systems is an advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical and advanced IT skills.
  • Be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills.
